just tried this fantastic kimchee from dave’s korean food, an entirely vegan company that sells goods at local farmers markets. from their kimchee to their spicy tofu and several varieties of tempeh, everything rocks. plus they don’t skimp on the free samples. track them down at the markets in west hollywood (sunset strip - that’s where i got it!), studio city, burbank, south pasadena, culver city and more…?
